Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail within 2 business days of your order date. Depending where you live in the US, you will get your package within 1-7 days of the date it was shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package.
For orders shipping to an address within the contiguous United States, we offer free USPS First Class Mail shipping on any standard size purchase over $60. Purchases under $60 will ship for a flat rate of $7. We also offer USPS Priority Mail shipping for a flat fee of $8. Any oversized shipment (up to 20 lbs) will be charged a $20 shipping fee.

Simply mail it back to us within 14 days upon receiving your item and the cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a Lost Season Supply gift card. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns after 14 days upon receiving your item cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. If we receive any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.
Final Sale: All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. For sanitation reasons, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, vintage, socks, hats, hair accessories & scarves are all final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note: the original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you return.
Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store and instructions on how to use it will be included.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back. If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item, then sending the original item back. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and weʼll help.
